Reviews and Ratings
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While I appreciated how clean the room was and found the staff, especially Karen, to be incredibly friendly, I was annoyed by issues with noise complaints regarding my baby. Also, I was disappointed that we ended up in a 'smoke room,' which really affected our stay. Overall, the value for the price I paid was okay, but I don't think I would return due to the noise issues.
My stay started on a rough note due to the cleanliness of the room, which left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was outdated, and the overall smell made it quite uncomfortable. However, the staff was wonderful and attentive, and I found the amenities convenient for my needs. The parking was well-lit, which I appreciated, but accessing the hotel could be tricky during peak hours. Overall, it was a mixed experience, and while the service was commendable, I think the hotel needs to focus more on upkeep to improve guest comfort.
The hotel offers a safe environment, which is a big plus. While the breakfast was quite limited, and the beds were harder than I'd hoped, I did appreciate the overall cleanliness of the room and the convenience of parking. However, I wouldn't choose to stay here again due to the uncomfortable beds and unappealing breakfast options.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Corey made my check-in process enjoyable, and the grounds were well-kept and inviting. However, the room I stayed in had some issues, including an overpowering smell and a very uncomfortable bed that impacted my sleep. It's a decent place for a short stay, but some improvements are definitely needed.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The service provided by Joeann at the front desk was truly remarkable, making check-in a pleasant encounter. However, the issue with the overpowering smell of disinfectant in the room was very uncomfortable. The dining options and amenities were decent, but I faced some distress with my infant's crying due to complaints from other guests.
